To open a withdrawal request, you have to log in to the website with your credentials, click on the “Withdraw funds” button and follow the indicated steps.

To provide the safest trading experience possible, the funds will be released via the method by which the payment was originally submitted.

In certain cases, CAPEX.com may require from you additional documents in order to ensure the success of the specific payment.

From the moment of a valid withdrawal request, it takes one business day (excluding weekends) for us to process it. 

After that, it can take between 3 - 7 business days for you to receive the funds, with the time frame differing based on the payment method you used to make your initial deposit

We do not keep your bank card information on any of our servers, apart from the last 4 digits of the card which are used for verification purposes only.
